Deimos is now an INDRA company

31th October 2024 – The acquisition of Deimos by Indra has been successfully finalized following the necessary regulatory approvals. This strategic move marks a new chapter for Deimos, now positioned to contribute even more robustly to Indra’s Space NewCo as we fully integrate our unique expertise into their expanding space division.

With over two decades of experience in satellite integration, flight subsystems, and control software, Deimos brings a wealth of complementary capabilities to Indra Espacio. Our inclusion in Indra’s Space NewCo will enhance positioning with the ESA and other space institutions, as well as open access to comprehensive programs and initiatives across the European space sector.

This acquisition strengthens the Space NewCo’s role in upstream mission phases, enabling access to end-to-end capabilities and reinforcing Indra’s commitment to shaping the future of space technology.
